How we use the information you share when you sign up for release emails.
Who we are. Particael is responsible for the data described here. Contact: contact@particael.com.
What we keep. Your email address, the time you signed up, and a record that you agreed to receive emails. Your IP address is not stored.
Why we use it. We use this information only to email you when Particael becomes available and when new versions are released.
Legal ground. Your explicit consent (Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it. Cloudflare (website and list) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery), on our behalf, outside Türkiye, under each provider's data processing terms.
How long. Until you unsubscribe. After that, only the record of your consent is kept for three years, then deleted.
Your rights. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask what data we hold about you, or have it corrected or deleted, by writing to contact@particael.com. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
